    Tall 40" Vintage Authentic AFRICAN Tribal Mask Seashell Embellished Statue Art
    Absolutely gorgeous authentic, hand crafted statue with tribal mask. Acquired from an extensive wealthy New York City collector’s estate. Stands approximately 40” tall and has about a 33” circumference around the widest section. Weighs about sixteen pounds. The mask is wood carved. The body is made of a course, thick material (not sure what) and is embellished with seashells. The mask is adhered to the top of the structure and can be lifted up to see into the “body” of the statue. Very unique piece. It can stand propped against a wall. Could also be adhered if so inclined. No info was given as to its origin. Massive collection consisted of high-end African relics. Very eye-catching piece.
