SIZED TO FIT: approximately 4T toddler through 10 year old girls. Waist is 19 Inches across (28 Inches when stretched) and 8.5 Inches total length (tulle layers each 6.5 Inches length). Features a comfortable 2.25 Inch wide soft elastic fabric waistband.
