SHIPPING
Almost all of our parts and supplies ship through UPS or Fedex. For items that have a shipping charge, your shipping charge will be calculated by the product's weight and your shipping zip code. Most of our orders will ship same day if you place your order by 3 PM Central Standard time on business days. Please note that while the delivery date shown is accurate it is provided by eBay and doesn't always take weekends and holidays into account. Most items are stocked in our Dallas warehouses but some may ship directly from the manufacturer. If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion we will contact you ASAP and suggest an alternative solution to deliver your order. All equipment and larger items will ship LTL Freight.
While most of items are free shipping please note that lift gate service is not included.
Free shipping includes delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock. If you don't have a loading dock then it is curbside delivery and
the freight driver is only responsible to move the freight to the end of the tailgate. You are responsible for offloading your product with a forklift or hand lift it off the truck.
If you don't have a forklift it is recommended to opt for the lift gate service. By having a lift gate, the driver can lower your product to the ground for you on a lift behind his truck. You pay what we pay for the lift gate service and that is an additional . If you order more than one unit that ship to the same commercial address then you will only need to pay for the lift gate once.
If you can't have your order delivered to a commercial address the freight companies charge additional for residential delivery. The residential delivery charge is 0. Large equipment almost always ships directly from the manufacturer and may require an additional 2-3 days for delivery. If you have any questions at all

RETURN
Items purchased from our eBay store may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus 20% restocking fee. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number (RMA). This return number will need to be written on the outside of the package you use to ship the products back to us. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection.
